Go to images.xcassets -> App Icon -> App icon-App Store.imagestack -> image-name -> content.imageset folder and here you get your 1280x786 px size image which you need to upload in Front and middle and back sections in “ App Icon - App Store”.App Icon - App Store assets ( 1280x786 px size image) Now upload images according to required size ( as shown in above image ).ġ. Go to the Signing & capabilities section -> App Icon and click on the arrow next to "App Icons Source" then click on your "Images.xcassets" file which should be already there and delete the "BrandAsset" folder.Open your project in xcode and select your tvOS file.Top shelf and Top shelf wide image will be use as a Top image behind the app icon ( when app is in close state ).Launch screen Icon will generate image for launch screen.App icon will generate tvOS App icon size images.Here, Following icons will be used to generate their respective images Now your images.xcassets folder contain all required images. Do the same process to generate Launch screen, Top shelf, Top shelf Wide assets.It will create images.xcassets folder which contains an App icon. Now drop an image and select App Icon in the tvOS section then create an asset catalog.Now you can go Product > Archive and, assuming you’re code signing is properly set up, you should be able to Validate app successfully. This generates the necessary files both for running and for archive. While you’re there confirm that the left pane now says Run (Release) and Archive (Release).(I uncheck Debug executable too but I don’t know if this matters.) Change Build Configuration to Release.Select MyApp target (top left item of main white panel, even though it doesn’t look selectable).Step 5: Create a release build before you archive (if using CMake Scheme > Edit Scheme… You should now find that if you build and run the app on a device, the app icon is present. In your folder structure you’ll see Root folder > MyApp > Resources > Info.Click this and you’ll see the AppIcon icon set. In your folder structure you’ll see Root folder > MyApp > Resources > MyAppIcons.Run CMake to generate the Xcode project and open that in Xcode. I am now ready to release a new version using Qt 6 + CMake. I have previously published my Qt app using Qt 5 + qmake.
